David Jones' ‘Precinct’
David Jones engaged Furst Media to produce a magazine showcasing its youth product range and communicate the David Jones brand to the Chapel St and Oxford St demographics.
This landscape A4 gloss magazine was packed with editorial reflecting a new David Jones persona – including interviews with artists, cutting edge fashion designers, models and celebrities – Precinct was a magazine concept that took the David Jones’ brand to a new level.
Crossing from the mainstream to a higher culture, Precinct set new benchmarks in retail brand communications and picked up several awards along the way – including the prestigious Best Design Award in the 2007 Australian Catalogue Awards.
